Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical skills for planning and delivering learning sessions. You will practice facilitation, presentation, and participant management in realistic settings. The focus is on helping learners apply new skills after the session. Sessions combine short instruction, peer practice, and structured feedback.
Objectives

3. Deliver clear, confident presentations using voice, timing, body language, and visual aids.
4. Manage challenging participants and difficult questions without losing group momentum.
5. Design simple measures to evaluate learning transfer and iterate the session based on feedback.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
